İRemoval Pro iPhone sorunumu sonsuza kadar çözecek mi?

Hey guys,
I was looking for a solution to fix my iPhone 7 "Unable to Activate" issue and came up with Apple Tech 752 video, I want to know if the iRemoval Pro software he uses will get me inside the phone and use it normally without suddenly returning to the same problem?
Will I be able to log in using another iCloud account because I don't remember the iCloud account associated with the iPhone?
I am not a tech guy and I came across Apple Tech 752 video by accident and would be grateful for your help.
